I visit quite a few forums and on one of the beer forums I visit, a guy started a thread and he titled it…

Well… as of this past weekend I’m one step closer to at least partially living a dream.  What’s that dream?  To be a DJ!  That’s right… 44 year old man tryin to be a DJ haha.
I may never be a full fledged DJ in a club, but you can bet I’ll be having a blast in the Man Cave and hey, maybe some day down the road.. Jake may be DJ’ing parties or wedding receptions… who knows what the future holds!  It’s in my hands right?

Just wanted to give a quick update here on the blog about my latest ventures in home brewing.  In my last post, The New All Grain Brewing Equipment for Home Brewing, I showed you the new mash tun and keg converted to keggle.  Since that video I’ve also purchased a new Bayou Classic SQ14 55,000 btu burner to use along with the keggle for all grain brewing.

Just an update on my move to making beer using the All Grain method.  In my last post, Jake’s First BIAB (Brew in a Bag), I talked a little bit about my move from extract kits, to the BIAB method or “Brew in a Bag”.  Actually BIAB is an All Grain brewing method, but I still want to go all out and move to a burner, keggle, mash tun etc etc.  Is that equipment necessary or required to do All Grain?  Nope, but I really have an interest in this …
