It’s Friday! Where Are We Headed With This?

21 November 2008 2 Comments

Ahh, technology!  Where would we be without it?  Some say much better off!  What would we be without our cell phones, TVs, computers, iPods and all those other little gadgets we have grown to love and NEED!

One thing we have to know and realize, is that there are already things that have been "created" that we have no clue about.  The government always has the latest technology and there's no telling what has already been done that would make our mouths hit the floor if we knew about it.  I've talked about it several times, about how technology has changed so much and after seeing this next story, it really made me think and wonder just how far we have come.  Not only that, it makes me wonder how far we have advanced and probably don't even know or realize it!

Meet "Jules"

Yeah, robots are going to take over the world hahaha!  Hey...  hmmmm... can it happen?  Seriously, watch the video below and then click the link below that and read the full story!  We may laugh about it now and say it can't happen... but it may not be too far in our future to where we are driving down the road and look over and see a robot driving a car beside of us.  The possibilities are endless!  What are your thoughts?  Just what do you think robots will be "doing" good or bad in our future?

Scientists have created the first 'humanoid' robot...

Freaky huh? Well whether we like it or not, technology is here to stay!

Everybody have a GREAT Friday!

Your post reminds me of the motion picture Wall-E, where in the future – people got lazy and fat and they have let the robots do all the work @_@

Exactly! Laziness, convenience… and probably quite a few other words to describe how we as a people have become.. maybe “dependent” is the best one!! HA! Thanks for the comment!
