    I made the west coast pale ale this past christmas and it seemed like it had alcohol in it. I talked to alot of people and they told me to leave it in the fermenter longer than just a week or whatever the mr.beer instruction book says.

    DEFINITELY leave it at least 2 weeks in the fermenter and 2 weeks in the bottle and 2 weeks in the fridge.. HUGE DIFFERENCE!
