In My Opinion, one of THE best controllers out there! Just plug the Johnson Controller in an outlet, then plug whatever you are controlling (Fridge, Freezer etc) Set up the controller and you're in business!

That's a question that we who are homebrewers who keg their beer are asking ourselves quite often. Even if you aren't a homebrewer and buy kegs of commercial beer for parties and such, it would be nice to know how much beer is left in the keg!

I came across this cool little item and have been using them on my corny kegs. I LOVE them! They work great and now I can tell how much beer is left in my kegs! No more running out unexpectedly!!

The Micromatic Smart Strip has an adhesive back. Just pull off the paper backing and stick the strip to the keg. To tell how much beer is left in your keg, take a spray bottle with hot water in it and spray the strip, then wipe it down!

The strip will have turned red from the cold temps of the beer inside the keg, once you spray it with hot water and wipe it, the strip resets to white. Immediately the strip will start turning red again but only where the cold beer in the keg is in contact with the strip. This will show you how much beer is left in your keg!

The strip also has a handy thermometer on the bottom that tells you the temperature of your beer! For $1.95 this is a very inexpensive way to tell how much beer is left in your keg!
